Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
-Your order number
-Photos of the damaged item
-Photos of the shipping packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:
-Buyer's remorse
-Normal wear and tear
-Damage caused after delivery
-Incorrect orders placed by the customer
